1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Strativity GbR, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Strativity”, “we”, or “us”) and consumers (“you”) via our website and sales funnels for the purchase of digital products, online courses, and related digital content.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Subject Matter of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the purchase of digital products, including but not limited to:

Online courses, Video content PDFs, guides, and downloadable materials Digital tools and resources

All products are delivered exclusively in digital form. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of digital products on our website constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

A contract is concluded when you complete the checkout process and click the purchase button (e.g. “Buy Now”) and payment is successfully processed.
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed are final prices.
Due to the application of §19 UStG (small business regulation), VAT is not shown unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed via the payment providers offered during checkout (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, credit card).

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page at the time of purchase, all products are offered as a one-time payment.

6. Access to Digital Content

6.1 Delivery

Access to the purchased digital content is granted electronically, typically immediately after payment.

6.2 Access Duration

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, access to the purchased digital product or online course is granted for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase.

Strativity reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue products after this period. No entitlement to lifetime access exists unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

By purchasing digital content, you expressly agree that Strativity begins performance of the contract before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.

You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been granted, in accordance with §356 (5) BGB.

8. Usage Rights

All digital content is protected by copyright.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal right to use the purchased content for your own private purposes only.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the content

• Make the content publicly available

• Use the content for commercial purposes

Any violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

9. Disclaimer of Results

Strativity provides educational content only.

We do not guarantee specific results, success, or outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.

All information is provided to the best of our knowledge but without guarantee.

10. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Strativity shall only be liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.
Liability for simple negligence is excluded unless it concerns a breach of essential contractual obligations.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Availability of Services

We strive to ensure uninterrupted availability of our digital services.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

12. Amendments to the Terms

Strativity reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with effect for future contracts.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

14. Dispute Resolution

Strativity GbR is not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
