1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The contract is concluded with Stravity.

By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without any obligation, and you can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction options provided during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: English.

We store the contract text and will send you the order details and these terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery Options
We will ship the products to the delivery address you provide during the order process.

We only deliver via shipping. A self-pickup of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

5. Payment

In our shop, you can generally choose from the following payment methods:

PayPal
To pay the invoice amount through the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself using your login details, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be processed by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the order process.

PayPal may offer registered and selected PayPal customers additional payment methods in their account. We have no influence on the provision of these payment methods, and any individually offered payment methods are part of your legal relationship with PayPal. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here:
Important note: The ODR platform will be permanently discontinued on July 20, 2025. The submission of complaints on the ODR platform will therefore be closed as of March 20, 2025.

We are not obligated and are not willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
